FLTA Innovation Award for Aisle-Master

Aisle-Master, the Articulated Forklift manufacturer have won the innovation category at this years UK FLTA Awards for Excellence for the new Cold Store Model.

Aisle-Master were one of seven who were short listed for the award.

There are exact requirements for cold store operations, driver comfort needs to be ensured and the equipment needs to be able to withstand the low operating temperatures.

During Aisle-Master's development of their cold store machine, they collaborated with major names in the cold store and temperature controlled environment industry. This enabled them to develop a truck which is perfectly suited to working in the cold store environment.

The cab is fully enclosed and heated to keep drivers warm through their entire shift. The windows are heated to eliminate condensation build up when driving through different temperatures. The truck also features low energy LED work lights as standard.

The Aisle Master has been designed to work in temperatures even down to -30!
