The Aisle-Master takes a little getting used to at first but its nimbleness, once mastered, can’t fail to impress.The Irish-manufactured Aisle-Master is becoming increasingly popular. Due to an increase in land prices, companies are now needing to squeeze as much capacity as possible into their storage spaces. The Aisle-Master helps to tackle this problem. It’s longer than you would expect, mostly due to the need for the forks’ wheelbase to be able to swing 90 degrees and fit within narrow aisles.

Engine: The Aisle-Master has a 19.5kW drive motor, which offers significantly more grunt than you would expect on a typical reaching fork truck which is more likely to run on 6kW.

Cab and Controls: The Aisle-Master is extremely well built. The four-stage mast means there are not many gaps for visibility, however a mirror fitted just under the first stage of the mast provides a solution to this issue. The cab is open and airy, personalisation for comfort consists of an adjustable steering column and a sliding seat. Three standard levers on the right-hand side control the tines, all working smoothly. The forward/reverse lever is situated behind the fork controls, which can be a little tough to access.
